Thank You for Keeping the Lights On

Tenant Advisory

Super Bowl Update
January 28, 2013

The Management Team of 1515/1555 Poydras would like to thank everyone for allowing us to turn on the lights and raise the blinds this past weekend.

Over this week even more national media crews will be flocking to our end of the world as the teams make their way into our city for all the SUPER BOWL festivities.

Management is asking that our tenants in both 1515 and 1555 once again join us and the rest of the high rise buildings in the CBD by leaving all perimeter office lights on and blinds raised over the Super Bowl weekend. Remember, JLL will handle the coordinating of leaving the lights on!  (The only exception to this is at 1555 Floors 12 – 22, on the Poydras flat side of the building (where the NFL/Marriott banner is placed) and the IRS Floors 2-5…these areas will not participate and will leave their lights off and blinds down.) On Friday evening, February 1, 2013, Janitorial will raise any blinds left down and leave the lights on after they clean your suite. On Saturday, our engineering team will be checking your tenant space to ensure that all perimeter lights are on.

Thank you again for helping us make New Orleans shine, by keeping the lights on in our buildings. Leaving office lights on during Super Bowl coverage will show off just how truly beautiful this great city we call home really is!  On Super Bowl Sunday…we want the world to see New Orleans in its glory!

Keeping the Lights On

Tenant Advisory

Super Bowl Update
January 25, 2013

Coming into work in the morning you are now probably spotting television crews. The big day is just around the corner and the excitement is in the air….

Over the upcoming weekend more and more national media crews will be flocking to our end of the world. With all the media coverage, The Downtown Development District is asking all buildings in the area to help make New Orleans shine, by keeping the lights on in our buildings.

Leaving office lights on during Super Bowl coverage will show off just how truly beautiful this great city we call home really is! This coming weekend the media is doing fly overs all around our city and on Super Bowl Sunday…we want the world to see New Orleans in its glory!

Management is asking that our tenants in both 1515 and 1555 join us and the rest of the high rise buildings in the CBD

by leaving all perimeter office lights on over the next two weekends.

Therefore, JLL will handle the coordinating of leaving the lights on!

On Friday evening, Janitorial will leave them on after they clean your suite.

On Saturday, our engineering team will be checking your tenant space to ensure that all perimeter lights are on.

(The only exception to this is at 1555 Floors 12 – 22, on the Poydras flat side of the building…

perimeter lights will remain off due to the NFL/Marriott window screen.)

Thank you for your assistance and cooperation,

Black & Gold Friday

Super Bowl Update

WHO DAT FANS……

This was passed along to management and we thought we’d share it with all of you.
SPREAD THE WORD: BLACK & GOLD DAY: NEXT FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST

Next weekend, there is a football game in town. Apparently all kinds of media will converge on the Big Easy. The media and the Mayor are anxious to see, if we, as a collective fan base, can RISE UP (pun intended) and entertain the masses who will come here to spend their cash. They believe we will continue to blame Roger Goodell, for our season, and try to torture anyone who may remotely resemble him.
What if, we as a City turned our energy to show our love for OUR TEAM?

Next Friday, February 1st, as the throngs of fans arrive to have the time of their lives over the weekend, let’s show them what real fans look like. Wear your BLACK & GOLD to work on Friday. Scream WHO DAT all weekend long. Flash Mob to “Crunk”. However you celebrate the Saints, please just celebrate the Saints.
Imagine a tourist or member of the media’s confusion as they constantly run into New Orleanians wearing Saints attire. They will wonder if we realize we’re not playing. We’ll know for better or worse, suspension or not, we love our team…….because as Saints fans, we have seen it ALL!!!
Roger Goodell may have shortened our season, but he can’t squelch our spirit.
WHO DAT!

1515/1555 Parking Garages- Super Bowl Update

Beginning Monday, January 28th thru Sunday, February 3rd the 1515/1555 Poydras Garages will experience high volumes of parkers.

Early Bird parking will NOT be available at the
1555 Poydras Garage.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Visitor and Tenant Management System

1515/1555 Poydras Buildings
Visitor and Tenant Management System
Tenant Notice
Effective February 1, 2013, the 1515 and 1555 Poydras Security Team will be using an automated Visitor and Tenant Management System to sign in and out tenants, their guest and vendors after hours.  This same process will apply during the business day for all contractors and vendors.
This system will greatly enhance the security of our buildings by letting us know exactly who is on property after hours. This is a great help in case of an emergency and this information is required by the New Orleans Fire Department in the event of an emergency after hours.  When entering the building after hours and on weekends, you will need to be prepared to present your Driver’s license or non-driving state ID card.  This applies to all tenants, their visitors and vendors.
Until the effective date noted above, the driver license is not a requirement to enter the building. Currently the program is on a trial basis and is an option to test the system as well as to develop our visitor database in order to be as up to date as possible when the implementation date actually arrives.
Your information that is gathered from your scanned license only includes your name, date of birth and address. This information is kept secured and confidential. All the information is accessible only by security personnel who have been given access to the Jones Lang LaSalle portal.  These portals are used around the country and have passed through very rigorous testing by various governments and other high level security industries. This information is strictly used for verification of sign ins. Jones Lang LaSalle protects the privacy of this information and will not share any personal data; nor will collected information be distributed.
The process of signing in will be quick.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping us provide another avenue to improve upon the security at 1515 and 1555 Poydras.
If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
