Please be advised that Phase II of the 1555 Poydras Mechanical Retrofit will continue this weekend.

As a result, Air Conditioning will not be provided at the property during this time period.

Phase II of the Mechanical Retrofit:

Friday, September 2nd at 6 PM and will continue until

Tuesday, September 6th at 5 AM.

PLEASE NOTE:  All tenant supplemental units will be operational during this period and do not need to be turned off during this shutdown.

This planned outage is part of our ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure reliable efficient operation of the Building.

Monday, September 5, 2011, is a building holiday in observance of Labor Day.  No building services will be provided.  Air conditioning may be ordered through our office on an overtime basis as outlined in your lease agreement.  If you plan to work on Labor Day and require air conditioning, please notify our office at 585-2670, by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.  We will make the appropriate arrangements to provide the services you will need on that day.

Please be advised that Southern Coatings & Waterproofing will be inspecting the façade of the buildings beginning Monday, July 25^th thru Thursday, July 28^th.  Weather permitting; the buildings should be finished by the end of next week .

Please pay attention to the barricaded areas during this process. There will be a staged set up at both properties.  Safety is our number one priority.

The 1515 Poydras Parking Garage will be closed for maintenance and repairs as follows:

Beginning at 7:00pm, Friday, July 8^th through 6:00am,

Monday, July 11^th the 1515 Poydras Garage will be closed due to exiting gate equipment repairs.

Continuing on Monday, July 11^th until further notice (approximately two weeks), the garage will close nightly at 7:00pm and re-open at 6:00am.

No vehicle will be able to be removed from the garage during these times.

To accommodate any after hour parking needs, parking at 1555 Poydras will be made available. Contact the Parking Office @ 585-2686 to make these arrangements.
