BLOOD DRIVE

BLOOD DRIVE scheduled for today (Wed Jan 4^th) from 12:00p – 4:30p to benefit 3 year old Christopher “Joshua” Bonilla

Location:  1615 Poydras Street – The Freeport-McMoRan Building - 1^st floor Lobby

WALK-INS WELCOME

As a reminder:

·       Eat a good meal before donating (Something healthy is always better.  Try to stay away from dairy products)

·       Drink LOTS of fluids

·       Bring your Identification – The FDA requires it!  (Drivers License, ID cards, Social Security cards, work/student picture ID)

·       Know what kind of medication you are taking (it might be helpful to bring a list of your exact medications)

·       If you exercise, do it before you donate! (No strenuous exercise allowed for 12 hours after you donate)

·       We need you in good health!  (No cold, sore throat or flu symptoms / No recent major surgery / No history of hepatitis / No body piercing in the past 12 months)
