-ATTENTION…VERY IMPORTANT…REMINDER-
Necessary repairs to the Building’s
main Cooling System have been scheduled (weather permitting) for the following weekend in October.
Friday, October 26th at 6:00pm through
Monday, October 29th at 5:00am
***Please note that this includes no Saturday normal
building hours as well.***
Air conditioning and overtime HVAC
requests will not be provided to the Building during the scheduled repair times identified above.
IMPORTANT NOTE… all tenant supplemental units will remain
operational during this period and will not be affected during this
shutdown.
If you have a supplemental A/C unit for
cooling requirements within your premises that is your responsibility to
maintain,
it is recommended to have your unit serviced
after these types of major system repairs.
This planned outage is part of our ongoing
preventative maintenance procedures to ensure reliable and efficient operation of
the building’s main Cooling System.
