Thursday,
November 22, 2012 is a
building holiday in observance of Thanksgiving. No building services will
be provided. Air conditioning can be ordered through our office on an
overtime basis, as outlined in your lease agreement. If you plan to work
on Thanksgiving Day and need air conditioning, please notify our office at
(504) 585-2670 by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. The appropriate
arrangements will be made to provide the services you will need on that day.
Friday,
November 23, 2012, the Management Office will be closed. Building services, excluding
the shuttle bus service, will be
provided until 6:00 pm.
If
assistance is needed on those days, please call the Management Office phone
number (504) 585-2670 and press 0 to speak with
the courtesy officer.
