Super Bowl Update
January 31, 2013
Since
the announcement that City Hall will be closed tomorrow, the Management Office
has received numerous phone calls and emails inquiring as to whether or not
the 1515/1555 Buildings will be open. The answer to this is:
1515/1555 BUILDINGS
WILL BE OPEN FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2013
The
buildings will continue to maintain normal BUILDING hours throughout this
entire event.
It is up to your firm to elect to
maintain your office hours.
The Management Office will close on
Friday, February 1 at 11:30AM. If assistance is needed at any time after 11:30
am on Friday until 7:00 am Monday, February 4 please call the Management Office
phone number (504) 585-2670 and press 0 to speak with the courtesy officer.
