Annual Preventative Maintenance to the Building’s main Cooling Systems have been scheduled (weather permitting) for the following
two weekends in February.
1555 Friday, February 15th at 6:00pm
through Monday, February 18nd at 5:00am
1515 Friday, February 22th at 6:00pm
through Monday, February 25th at 5:00am
***Please note that this includes no Saturday normal
building hours as well.***
Air conditioning and overtime HVAC
requests will not be provided to the Building during the scheduled repair times identified above.
IMPORTANT NOTE… all tenant supplemental units will remain
operational during this period and will not be affected during this
shutdown.
This planned outage is part of our ongoing
preventative maintenance procedures to ensure reliable and efficient operation of
the building’s main Cooling System.
We recommend that if you have a supplemental unit that it is
serviced after our maintenance is completed, this will help for you to have
efficient and reliable operation of your air conditioning equipment.
