You have spoken, we have listened!
The
Management Team of 1515/1555 Poydras Buildings has delayed the requirement to
scan drivers’ licenses as a method for tenants to scan in and out after hours
until March 1, 2013. This delay is
related to tenants of 1515/1555 Poydras ONLY. All vendors, contractors and
after hour visitors will continue with the current process of having to scan in
their drivers’ licenses upon entering and leaving the buildings.
In
working with the Visitor & Tenant Management System software, we are
pleased to announce that information gathered from your scanned license has now
been updated to read only the name on a license. No other information will
be gathered. A possible alternative to scanning a driver’s license, is to
utilize your company id that has a magnetic strip or a bar code. In order for
us to determine if this option can work, we ask that your tenant contact submit
to the Management Office an “active” id, so that the id type can be entered into the
system to find out if the program can accept your firm’s id card. The active id
will be returned within a week or sooner if it is determined that it will or
will not work for the system. Please coordinate with our office if you
elect to see if your id is an option.
Reminder
any information obtained is kept secured and confidential. This information is
strictly used for verification of sign ins and outs. Jones Lang LaSalle

nor will collected information be distributed.
