Janitorial Services
has been selected as
the new janitorial services company for 1515 and 1555 Poydras.
Empire Janitorial
Services is a New Orleans based company with many years of janitorial
experience.
In the next few weeks
Empire will be visiting tenants and walking the properties in advance of their
appointment.
Empire begins their
transition on April 19 in conjunction with ABM’s last day of service and will
work throughout the weekend to acclimate themselves with the properties.
In order to ensure a
smooth transition, please complete the attached cleaning survey form.
This form will help
the new company make certain that your suite is serviced per your needs.
