EMERGENCY REPAIRS NOTICE…CONDENSER WATER SHUTDOWN & NO AFTER HOURS HVAC

12:00pm – 4:00pm

Please be advised that it is necessary to shut down the condenser water supply to the 1515 Poydras Building for emergency repairs. This shut down  will affect all supplemental Air Conditioning Units in the building. All units must be shut off before 12:00pm on Saturday, September 17, 2011.  (This will avoid causing any damage to your unit.) These units can be restarted anytime after 4:00pm Saturday September 17,2011. In addition, there will be no Overtime Air Conditioning available during the hours of the shutdown.  NOTE: Tenants are responsible for shutting down and starting up their own units.
